Website Updates

We require all website updates in writing via email. We do not take website updates via voicemail, live call, or text. Please write an email with bullet point instructions/requests as it relates to what you want done to your website. Fee’s are bases on your agreement and you will be sent an invoice if your fee structure requires one before the updates are processed. Once we receive your updates, please allow 3-5 business days for your updates to be processed. If you haven’t heard back within 5 business days, feel free to send another email to follow up. We also encourage you to check your “Spam” to ensure that we haven’t reached out to you but had our email flagged for spam.

Website Outages

Website outages happen for a number of reasons and are typically out of our control. Should your website go down and you have your hosting account, please contact your hosting company through their help desk or with the phone or email they have provided. If you have a website that we are hosting for you, please send a text to 256-277-9144 to report your outage and someone will get back to you as soon as possible. Please do not text with website updates which are less urgent than an outage. 

Graphic Design Project Updates

We require all graphic design updates in writing via email. We do not take graphic design updates via voicemail, live call, or text. Payments/Receipts

Our projects are all invoiced through Paypal, however we do take payments through a diversity of 3rd party applications. Please stop by our Payments page for details. Receipts are downloadable through Paypal. If your payment was sent through a different app and needs to be applied so you can download your receipt, please email us.
