Communicating With Sarah Grace
Sarah Grace is not the primary manager of correspondence and only takes calls by appointment only. If you would like to speak with her directly, please request an appointment. Requesting an appointment does not guarantee acceptance. Sarah my choose to return some correspondence herself, however, all emails, voicemails, and text messages are monitored by her management team unless you have a private and confidential coaching appointment scheduled.
General Response Communication
All business correspondence is typically returned Monday – Thursday. We are closed Friday – Sunday and on all national holidays with some holidays having the day preceding and following off as well. Please allow 2 business days for a response.
Webmail from businesses can sometimes be routed to spam, please check your spam to be sure you haven’t missed a response or contact from us.
You can request an appointment by following the link below to request an appointment. Appointments are set Monday-Thursday based on availability.
Design Project Communication
We do not take requests for updates to any projects or bookings through live phone calls or voicemails unless otherwise agreed per your contract. You must submit them through the client portal or via email. No exceptions
Graphic and web design deliverables may be sent via email at any time, however, correspondence with designers will resume during regular business hours.
Graphic and web design clients may also log onto the Client Portal to submit payments, request updates, and search through FAQ’s.
