step one - consultation request
Sarah and her team will learn about what you are looking for in your digital design or print project through an e-consultation.
step two - your offer
Sarah and her team will create a custom offer just for you and your project based on your needs and send it to you via email.
step three - make payment
You will be sent an invoice that will double as your contract and receipt for your records and protection.
step four - create project library & accounts
You will be asked to email or digitally transfer all the files such as text, photos, logo’s etc that related to your project design. In the case of website design this will also include setting up your domain and hosting accounts.
step five - begin drafting process
Once all the necessary files and accounts are set up, we will begin creating your design.
step six - review & revision process
When your draft(s) are ready you will be sent associated files via email or digital transfer to review and provide feedback and submit requested revisions if necessary.
step seven - approval & final files
Once files are approved you will recieve your final files via email or digital link or transfer.
step eight - file archives & revisions
You will want to back up your files and keep in a safe place should you want to use them later for a new project and/or request revisions
